- This research aims to examine the influence of Locus of Control on employee perfomance of Industry and Commerce Department of Bengkulu Province. The sampling method in this research was method sensus. This research consists of 67 employee or respondent from Bengkulu Province industry and commerce department. The implementation of Locus of Control is measured by Locus of Control internal and external. The technique analysis was conducted by multiple regression analysis and using stastitical products and service solution (SPSS) version 16 for windows. The results of this research shows that Internal Locus of Control and External Locus of Control have a positif and significant influence of the perfomance.
