- The purpose of this research to determine the influence of locus of control and self- efficacy toward employee’s performance at the PT. PLN Area of Bengkulu. This research is descriptive research type quantitative which is an examination of the issues in the form of the current facts of a certain phenomenon using the calculation of statistical figures. The type of the data being used is the primary data obtained through the distributing questionnaire as data collect. The respondents of the research is the employees of PT. PLN Area of Bengkulu as many as 152 respondents were taken with the technique of proportional census method. Methods of data analysis used the descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on field research, obtained as a result that the locus of control and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect toward employees’ performance at the PT. PLN Area of Bengkulu.
