- The aim of this research was to know what the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on employee life satisfaction PT Sandabi Indah Lestari. This research was descriptive quantitative correlation with survey approach of doing the research by taking sample from the population and using questioner and likert scale. The way of taking sample was done by using total sampling. The data was analyzed by descriptive and quantitative method. The result shows that work life balance, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of PT Sandabi Indah Lestari employee is good. There are significant and partial positive effects between variables work life balance and job satisfaction on life satisfaction. Every increased of work life balance or variable of job satisfaction will increase the life satisfaction too. Thus, based on the analysis it can be concluded that to improve life satisfaction, it’s necessary to improve work life balance and job satisfaction.
