- Leaders can influence and invite subordinates to follow and achieve the goals and vision that will be achieved for the organization. Leadership may not always be important. One leadership theory states that, in many situations, any action taken by a leader is irrelevant. This research aims to: 1. Knowing the characteristics of subordinates/work workers to employees at the Bengkulu Province Community Empowerment and Village Service. 2. Knowing the job/job characteristics of employees at the Bengkulu Province Community Empowerment and Village Service 3. Knowing the characteristics of the organization / group at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Service This study uses a sample of all populations because it is less than 100 (total sampling) therefore the population in this study consisted of 60. In the incident bengkulu and province the village community empowerment .In characteristic of subordinate workers ' there are an indicator that highest professional orientation with a flattened 4.36 flattened , while indicators lowest is depending on the award given organization with an average 3.01 .Then in characteristic of task work there are an indicator that is the duty of highest clear according to the ordinance with an average 4.35 , while indicators the lowest at a task that is intrisik satisfy it by the average 2.97 . In characteristic of organization and group there are an indicator that highest namely the levels of kohesivitas 4.36 working group with an average of , while indicators lowest is the award organization that does be in control with an average 3.01 ~
