  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cultural diversity on team performance, to know the effect of information elaboration on team performance and to know the effect of cultural diversity and elaboration of team information on team performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Respondents are all employees of PT. Bukit Sunur Bengkulu as many as 76 people. Data collection using questionnaires and analyzed was done quantitatively using multiple linear regression model. The results showed that cultural diversity affect the performance of the team of PT. Bukit Sunur Bengkulu. These results mean that a diverse work team will provide an edge to improve team performance. Elaboration of information affect the performance of the team of PT. Bukit Sunur Bengkulu. This result means that working teams with accurate and integrated information can improve team performance in a better direction. Together cultural diversity and information eleborasi effect on team performance at employees of PT. Bukit Sunur Bengkulu, That is, cultural diversity and information elaboration in influencing team performance. The more diverse and accurate the information elaboration, the higher the team's performance. Conversely, the more diverse cultures and the lack of information elaboration, the team's performance will decrease.
