  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of work culture and job rotation on employees performance of FKIP University of Bengkulu. Data sourse that was used id primary data, got by distributing questionnaire. Questionnaire testing was done throught validity and reliability test, with test result of each questionnaire item was valid and reliable. Sampling method that was used is purposive sampling methode with 54 employees sample. Data result was analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing result used SPSS version 16.0. The result of significance test partially (t test) showed that work culture variable partially has positive and significant effect on employees performance of FKIP University of Bengkulu. And job rotation variable partially has positive and significant effect on employees performance of FKIP University ofBengkulu.
