- This study analyze to aims the strategy of developing a small Stockfish processing industry in the Bengkulu city (Case study in the sumber jaya sub-district of kampung melayu district). This uses a descriptive research method that SWOT is an analytical tool. After analysis, it was found that there were three alternative development strategies in small Stockfish processing industries in the Bengkulu city. They utilize processing with simple tools and Stockfish as regional specialties as a marketing concept, utilize the level of availability of labor from the surrounding area to increase the amount of production and utilize the geographical advantages and raw materials of Stockfish that are already available to increase the effectiveness of processing Stockfish.
