- This study aims to determine the effect of human resources, the government's internal control system, and the use of information technology on the quality of the financial statements of the municipal government in BengkuluThis research used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. Sampling method used census methood obtained about 114 respondents criteria in research. The variables in this study are human resources, the government's internal control system, and the use of information technology, as well as the quality of local government financial reports as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed by multiple regression methods. The results of the hypothesis indicate that human resources, the government's internal control system, and the use of information technology have a positive impact on the quality of the financial statements of the municipal government in Bengkulu.
