- This research aims to prove the influence of Management control systems, Individual Characteristics, and performance measurement system on Managerial Performance in Health Institution. This research uses a quantitative approach. The respondents in this study is head and financial staff in hospitals that implement BLU/BLUD in the City of Bengkulu. This study gathered primary data by questionnaire. The selection of the samples that were tested in this study using total sampling method.Technique of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the Management Control System proved effect on managerial performance, (2) individual characteristics proved effect on managerial performance and (3) performance measurement system is proven effect on managerial performance.
