- This research intended to analyze the influence of external factors which were consist of individual factors and organizational factors to the acceptance and using software of credit analysis. This study used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is associated with external variables. The object of this study were employees at the company BRI in Bengkulu city. This study is an empirical research which is used purposive sampling technique in the data collection. The data was obtained by disseminate 60 questionnaires and 47 respondents returned it back. In analyzing the data, analytical technique of SmartPLS version 3 program is used. The results of the study indicate that individual factors increase the confidence of employees in credit analysis for the benefits and ease of use of credit analysis software. Organizational factors have a negative effect on perceived benefits and organizational factors have a positive effect on the ease of use of credit analysis software. This research also shows that perceived ease of use negatively affects perceived benefits. The perceived benefits do not affect the attitude of the users of the software. The ease of use that is felt to have a positive effect on the attitude of using the software and the attitude of using the software has a positive effect on actual usage.
