- The purpose of this research was to descriptive the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public relations collaboration with the business world and industry in State Vocational High Schools 5 Kepahiang. the research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research and discussion show three activities. Planning that includes activities: survey and analysis, program preparation, financing budget, organizers, public relations development plans. The implementation includes activities: coordination of business and industry world, memorandum of understanding, curriculum synchronization, field work practices, skills competency test, apprenticeship / on the job training of teachers, job exchange program specifically, program teaching factory. Evaluation which includes activities: planning evaluation, implementation evaluation, implementation impact analysis, follow-up plan. The implementation of all collaborative activities, it has been implemented, although several activities such as memorandum of understanding, special labor market programs, on the job training of teachers and teaching factory must be improved. It is expected that in collaboration with the business world and industry it can improve the competence of students in state vocational high schools 5 kepahiang.
