  • This study aims to determine the implementation of job description Head of General Administration Section, Regional Secretariat of Rejang Lebong Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Informants in this study were employees of the General Administration Section, Regional Secretariat of Rejang Lebong Regency. The technique of determining the informant using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this model consists of four interacting components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the actions of the Head of the General Administration Section, the Regional Secretariat of Rejang Lebong Regency were still not optimal. This is the Head of the General Administration, the Regional Secretariat of Rejang Lebong Regency, who only relies on the heads of sub-departments and staff in carrying out the authority and responsibility of implementing the duties and functions, the Head of the General Administration, Regional Secretariat of Rejang Lebong Regency, because the Head of General Administration, Regional Secretariat Rejang Lebong Regency has been able to carry out work, maintain good relations of employees, and the level of education possessed by the Public Administration Section, the Regional Secretariat of Rejang Lebong Regency is not yet in accordance with its duties and is not in accordance with the position and condition of the Head of General Administration, Regional Secretariat Rejang Lebong Regency in implementing Tupoksi has not been maximized. This is because in carrying out the work only following the method that has been done before.
