The method used was correlational with type of quantitative approach. The population in this study was 128 teachers. The sample of this research was 99 teachers of State Senior High School in Bengkulu City. Data processing techniques using productmoment correlation, determination, and regression (simple and double). The results showed that the influence of achievement motivation, organizational commitment to economic teacher performance with high category. The lowest effect of the three variables was the achievement motivation.
