  • This study tries to find out whether job satisfaction, Locus Of Control and organizational commitment influence the performance of Kepahiang District education office employees. Data collection in the study used a questionnaire method distributed to 100 employees of the Kepahiang District Education Office. While the analysis is done by processing data using SPSS. The results of the F test indicate that job satisfaction, locus of control and organizational commitment, simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of job satisfaction and locus of control. The results of the Job Satisfaction t test have a significant positive effect on the performance of Kepahiang District Education Office employees. The Locus Of control t test results have a significant positive effect on the performance of Kepahiang District Education Office employees. The t-test results of Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of Kepahiang District Education Office employees. This means one, two and three hypotheses are accepted. It is recommended for Education staff to be able to make efforts to improve and improve job satisfaction, locus of control, organizational commitment and employee performance to create a comfortable working conditions Keywords : Work Satisfaction, Locus Of Control, Organizational Commitments,Performance of Employees
