- The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of learning mentors in Board Of Learning Centers of North Bengkulu. This research used descriptive qualitative design. Data analysis in this study uses the qualitative technique. The subject of this research was learning mentors in Board Of Learning Centers. The results of this study show that in general the performance of learning mentors in Board Of Learning Centers of North Bengkulu as follows: 1) learning mentors implement learning in Education of pre-school (Pendidikan Anak usia Dini), educational equality, and training; 2) there is no learning mentors who conduct studies program; 3) In the model development activities, learning mentors have implemented a model development model that has been compiled learning mentors by center development Education of preschool non-formal and Informal (Balai Pengembangan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Nonformal dan Informal); 4) in professional development, learning mentors just doing training of scientific paper.
