- This research was illustrated how the role of educators as replacing the educational function of family at PAUD Haqiqi of Bengkulu City . The purpose of this research was determine the role of educators as replacing the educational function of family education at PAUD Haqiqi of Bengkulu City. The research was used qualitative research with descriptive method through interviews, observation, and documentation where researchers explain the condition and the fact that is found naturally in the field. Examination of the validity of the data using triangulation subject and triangulation techniques. Based on the results of research on the role of educators as the educational function of family at PAUD Haqiqi Bengkulu City known that the educator has been carrying out its function as a function of substitute family education, it can be seen from (a) the role of educators in conducting services emotional life of the child in accordance with the right way and set a good example to children, (b) educators have to instill basics moral education through daily habits is by shaking hands, (c) educators have provided the foundation of social education to children with social activities, (d) educators have instilled the basics of religious education like prayer Duha, read pray and short verses, (e) educators have introduced a variety of knowledge and skills through field visits, (f) educators have teaching and instilling a culture of healthy living by maintaining their own health and the environment. As replacing of family education that prioritizes six aspects of the above, educators should do more regular field visits, for religious activities educators should also do it to Mosque and other facilities, and for health problems educators should add material about health.
