MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN VISUAL-SPASIAL MELALUI METODE BERMAIN DENGAN MEDIA PAPERCRAFT DI KELOMPOK B1 PAUD IT ULUL ALBAAB KOTA BENGKULU

- The problem of this research was whether playing with papercraft method can increase visual-spatial intelligence of children in group B1 of PAUD IT Ulul Albaab Bengkulu? The subjects in this research were 10 children’s of 5 boys and 5 girls. This classroom action research was done in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. The data collecting technique was in form of observation and data analysis used the t test and learning mastery. The result showed that playing with papercraft method can increase visual-spatial intelligence of children’s in the aspect of “sensitivity of shape” for in 4,1 or Good criteria, in the aspect “sensitivity of colours” of 3,9 or Good criteria. While the aspect “sensitivity of size” obtained 4,1 with Good criteria, and the aspect of “designing capacity” obtained 4,2 with Good criteria. In overall, the average score of t test was 4,2 with Good criteria.While in overall obtained the score of 4,075 with learning mastery of 81,5% or Very Good criteria. Based on the result, from those four aspects “sensitivity of colours” obtained the lowest score, thus is it suggested to teacher to increas children capacity to sensitivity of colours through the us of media with striking colour, waterproof, such as mica plastic.
