- The combination of baglog waste of oyster and sawdust applied to the growth and production of the white oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq. ex Fr.) Kummer) from June to August 2015 in Kumbung of Assalam Ganoderma Company in Perumnas Tugu Hiu and in Kumbung of Basic Science Biological Labaroratory, University of Bengkulu. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments ((P1):100 % sawdust, (P2):80% sawdust + 20% baglog waste, (P3):60% sawdust + 40% baglog waste, (P4):40% sawdust + 60% baglog waste, (P5):20% sawdust + 80% baglog waste, (P6):100% baglog waste. The result showed that the greatest production of white oyster are in treatment P1 (100 % sawdust) with hood 15.44, 10.10cm hood wide, 105.97 gram wet weight, and value of EB 37.77 %. Whereas the smallest production in treatment P6 (100% baglog waste) with 9.44 hood, 7.88 cm hood wide, 59.14 gram wet weight and value of EB 20.28 %.
