- The objective of this research is to describe any acculturation of cultures that occurred in Pasemahnese with Javanese and Sundanese, and how the process of the acculturation. This research was qualitative descriptive method, the selection of informants by using purposive sampling. The collection of the data by using a technique that combines interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data takes place continuously along with the data collection process. The activity of data analysis in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The theory that used in this research was the theory of phenomenology by Schutz. The results showed that the seven elements of culture, acculturation cultures occurred between Pasemahnese with Javanese and Sundanese only occured in the five elements of culture that knowledge system, language, art, livelihood systems and technological system and equipment of life. The process of acculturation the cultures can occured because there was the transmigration undertaken by Javanese and Sundanese who brought a new culture to Air Sulau village so that the culture of the Javanese and Sundanese applied by Pasemahnese. The groups who easily accept their new element namely groups of young people. Keywords: Acculturation of Cultures, Pasemahnese, Javanese And Sundanese
