- The objective of this research is to know the motivation of officers’ in the work at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah of Musi Rawas Regency. This research represent descriptive qualitative which representing problem in the form of fact in this time from a certain phenomenon. The data was used primary data through in-depth interview. The subject research is officer of DinasKoperasi, Usaha Kecil danMenengah of MusiRawas Regency equal to 10 peoples. The analisis of this research used descriptive qualitative analysis. Pursuant to result of data analysis obtained result of that : 1) the motivation of fulfill social needs have a very high and very important requirement by officers; 2) the motif of fulfill self-actualization have high and important requirement by officers; 3) the motif of fulfill physiological base have important requirement by officers; 4) the motif of fulfill self-development have important requirement by officers; and 5) the motif of fulfill security and safe have important requirement by officers.
