- According to article 1 number 16 of the law Number 5 of 1990 on the conservation of natural Resources nd Ecosystems, definition of natural tourism park is a nature conservation area that is mainly used for tourism and nature recredtion, in addition to tourism activities nature tourism park has the function of protecting the life support system for the surrounding area. Long Beach Nature Park is one of Nature Park in the province of Bengkulu with an area of 967,2 Ha as mandated by the law that it„s function is mainly used for tourism and nature recreation, but in its implementation a lot of bildings that are not in accordance with the function of the natural tourism park again, it is due to several conflicts overlapping areas to some parties and also in the development planning of the goverment of Bengkulu Province has not been consistent in implementing Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012 on RTRW Bengkuiu Province of 2012-2032 which is proven in article 23 point D which reads “C onsl ructi on of new po wer plant, including the S team P ower P lant (P LT 9 at Nap a! P uti h “, but the development plan will be done in the area of Long Beach Nature Park which is a Protected area in the Regional RTRWP Regulation of Bengkuiu Province, the government of Bengkulu Province in the ultilization of space does not refer to the carlying capacityand environmental capacity that will result in damageto the ecosystem and extinction for Long Beach Nature Park so that it can no longer be a buffer of the surrounding life, to provide protection to Long Beach Nature Park so it is necessary to control space utilization of Long Beach Nature Tourism Park can be sustainable from generation to generationand can continue to be a buffer of life round it.
