- The purpose of research is to find out and analyze the influence of job sucurity and healthy work on employee performance in PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu City. Furthermore, this research method are quantitative method and the data analysis technique was multiple regression analysis. Maenwhile, the data are collected by questionnaire of self-aadministrasi and it completed of 37 respondents with census method. The findings of this study gives the conclusions of that: (1) safety working has positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Health working has positifve and significant effect on employee performance (3) Safety and Health working program employee performance has positifve and significant effect on employee performance.
