- The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of personal characteristics, job characteristics, the design characteristics of the company and the experience gained the loyalty of employees. The object of this research is employee Madeline Hotel Bengkulu City. In addition, this research method is quantitative methods and techniques of data analysis is multiple regression analysis. Meanwhile, data were collected by self-administered questionnaire and the completion of the 40 respondents to the census method. The findings of this study prove the conclusion that: (1) the personal characteristics of positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (2) the characteristics of the work positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (3) the characteristics of the design firm positive and significant impact on employee loyalty, (4) experience gained positive and significant impact on employee loyalty.
