Daftar Isi:
- Polymer electrolyte composite membranes based on poly(1-vinyl- 1,2,4-triazole) (PVTR I) and nitrilotri (methyltriphosphonic acid) (TPA) were inves tigated . PVT RI was produced by free radical polymerization of 1-vin yl 1,2,4- triaz ole. The polymer PVT RI was doped with TPA at various molar ratios x 1⁄4 0.125, x 1⁄4 0.25, and x 1⁄4 0.5. The proton transfer from TPA to the triazole ring swas proved with Fouri er-transfor m infrared spect roscopy (FT-IR ). Thermog ravime try (TG) analysis show ed that the sample s are ther mally stable up to approx imately 250 1 C. DSC re sults illustrat ed the homog eneity of the mater ials as well as the softeni ng effect of the dopant. Cycl ic voltam metry results illustrat ed that the electroc hemical stability domain of the dopant exten ds over 1.5 V. The maxim um pro ton conduct ivity has bee n meas ured for PV TRITPA- 0.25 as 8.5 10-4 S cm-1 at 150 C.
