- Many studies have been conducted to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance. However, those study still showed some inconsistencies. Therefore, this study aimed to reexamine the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance. The sample consists of 21 manufacturing firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period 2010-2013 which chosen by purposive sampling method. The test results show that intellectual capital has positive effecton financial performance which measured by return on asset, market to book value, market capital and earning per share, but intellectual capital has not effecton asset turnover.
