- The objectives of this research is the Influence of the Commitment, Morale, Motivation and Organization Climate of Administration Employee’s Toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and it’s Impact Toward Service Quality at Bengkulu University The research method used is a quantitative method, the responder in this research were 147 employee’s of Bengkulu University. The combinations of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS software are being used to analyzed the hypothesis The analyses are proven that commitment, Morale, Motivation and organizational climate will bring impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) partially with CR value for commitment 3.464, Morale 2.410, Motivation 2.650 and organizational climate 2.131 and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) influences toward Service Quality on Bengkulu University with CR value 3.873.The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is, commitment, morale, motivation, organization climate effect on OCB and service quality among administration employee’s in Bengkulu University. The presence of OCB intermediate variables between commitment, morale motivation, and organization climate to the service quality administration employee’s. Descriptive analysis of the results obtained by the smallest value lies in the organization climatic variables, which are related parties should pay more attention to the organizational climate can create a sense of togetherness and belonging organization, which is expected to improve the performance of which leads to an increase in Service Quality granted the University of Bengkulu.
