- Teaching skills is an absolute requirement that must be owned by professional teachers. It is considered important because its role in education shows very high significance. The impact on student learning outcomes as well as psychomotor and affective abilities is one of the real examples of the direct role of teaching skills. The teaching skills in question are not limited to the academic ability of the mastery of the material delivered, but rather the skills and strategies used by teachers to achieve the learning objectives without forcing the learning itself on the students. In this context, reinforcement is an important aspect of the basic teaching skill. Therefore, this article is structured to look at the role of teachers 'teaching skills especially those that have an impact on students' psychological conditions of reinforcement in schools.
