Raising Participation and result study PKn Student IV, V, and VI grade is proven raise although not significant trough learning with Metode Tutor Sebaya. The low of student participation in learning PKn, and the need to raised result study of student become problem of this research. While the objective of this research is to examine whether the application of Metode Tutor Sebaya can raising participation and result study PKn IV, V, and VI grade with Metode Tutor Sebaya in SDN 1 Adikarto second semester year 2015/2016. &#xD; This researching does in SDN 1 Adikarto, Adimulyo district for 3 months from March until May 2016. The method does in this research is Penelitian Tindakan Kelas method referring to Kur Lewin mode are consisting of 4 phase: 1) Planning phase, 2) Implementation phase, 3) Observation phase, 4) Reflection phase. Implementation of research does in two cycles. Cycle one and cycle two are does with planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Population and sample in this research are: Population taken from all student from student IV, V, and VI grade which amounts to 58 students. While that sample is all population is used research sample. How to take conclusion in research activity this class does by summarizing observation result and study result on each cycle. Instruments is used to collect data are format list student participation are consisting asked, express their opinions and answer questions, as well as format list result study student in form exam score or final exam of learning. Result observation and value of result study is analyzed, analyze and processing data are used is SPSS 17.00 program. Based on research result show that learn with Metode Tutur Sebaya can raising participation and result study PKn student IV, V, and VI grade SDN 1 Adikarto second semester year 2015/2016. &#xD; Raised student participation seen on average of student participation from beginning condition until second cycle as follows, in beginning condition the average of participation is 12,10%, in first cycle the average of participation is 34,50%, in second cycle the average of participation is 44,80%. While result study raise from beginning condition average value of result study 69,0; first cycle average value of result study become 75,9; and second cycle average value of result study become 82,8. While based on analyze result by Paired Simple Test show that result study raise significant, and student participation only show raise.
