- This study aims to (1) Identify the causes of the performance of the Kalibawang Police Sector Bhabinkamtibmas not optimal, (2) Analyze why these factors are the cause of the Kalibawang Police Sector Bhabinkamtibmas not optimal, (3) Evaluating the performance of the Kalibawang Police Sector Bhabinkamtibmas, (4) Formulate efforts to improve the performance of the Kalibawang Police Sector Bhabinkamtibmas. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and comparative descriptive. The factors that cause the performance of the Kalibawang Police Sector Bhabinkamtibmas to be not optimal include, the many Bhabinkamtibmas activities that must be carried out, there are still many people who are not aware of the importance of law and order, and members who are not yet competent in the field of community service. Then the right efforts to improve the performance of the Kalibawang Police Sector Bhabinkamtibmas, are as follows: (1) Carry out daily activities according to the activity plan that has been made. (2) Increase socialization to the community about the importance of law and order. (3) Improve the competence of members in the Binmas field by means of Binmas education and vocational training.
