  • The objectives of this research are 1) To identify the factors causing the decline in the performance of Human Resources at Sattahti Polresta Yogyakarta. 2) Knowing the efforts to improve the performance of Human Resources at Sattahti Polresta Yogyakarta. To identify the causal factors will be analyzed by means of descriptive qualitative analysis. To formulate a strategy, an analysis will be carried out using a SWOT analysis tool. The results showed that 1) The factors causing the decline in the performance of Human Resources at Sattahti Polresta Yogyakarta are a) Legislative Factors, that interference with law enforcement that comes from law may be caused, because: The principles of law enforcement ; There are no implementing regulations that are needed to comply with the law; Unclear meaning of words in the law which results in confusion in the interpretation, b) Human Resources (HR) or Law Enforcement Officials, c) Facilities and Infrastructure Factors. 2) Efforts to improve the performance of Human Resources at Sattahti Polresta Yogyakarta are conducting counseling to all personnel / members; Increasing supervision and security of confiscated evidence in the Yogyakarta Police; Perform maintenance of confiscated evidence in the warehouse periodically / periodically; Strengthen cooperation and coordination with the development of police function units (Satlantas, Satreskrim and Satresnarkoba) both for guidance and operations and other related agencies.
