- The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the personnel of the SPKT (Central Integrated Police Service) of Polda D.I.Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the conclusions are: The performance of SPKT (Integrated Police Service Central) Polda D.I. Yogyakarta is having a performance that is not maksimal, this is shown from the low awareness of the members. Lack of hospitality in providing services to the community, giving a negative assessment, so that, in providing services, officers should be more friendly, however, police officers are also ordinary people, so they often feel tired. The performance of SPKT (Integrated Police Service Central) Polda D.I.Yogyakarta is not maksimal, the effectiveness dimension is not good enough because the achievement of the results / output has not been achieved because there are still some members who get recommendations for Disrespectfully Dismissed (PTDH).
