  • Background: The problem commonly faced by hospitals is not able to fully provide optimal service as expected by service users. Because the hospital is an organization that sells services, quality service is a demand that must be met. Method: Qualitative research to analyze Marketing Strategy at PT Predator Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarata. The primary data were obtained from interviews with one of the owners of PT Predator and Staff employees. Analysis and Discussion: SWOT analysis is systematic identification of various factors to formulate corporate strategy such as: Analysis of external variables include two aspects, namely opportunities: Technology changes, Market growth, Government regulation, Consumer purchasing power. While the threats include the Structure of the competition, the size of the market, the Depreciation of the currency. While the analysis of internal variables is intended to try to identify and evaluate the strength (strenght), among others: Product variation, Company location, quality of goods, image of goods, which need to be exploited and influenced the threat (weakness) business which include market share, , caused by the surrounding business environment.
