- This study aims to (1) identify and knowing where the Casa Grande Health and Beauty Clinic position among competitors. (2) To identify suitable marketing strategies for the Casa Grande Health and Beauty Clinic in competition. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive with SWOT analysis approach. The scope of the study is limited to 7P marketing strategies. The results can be concluded that the position of the Casa Grande Health and Beauty Clinic marketing strategy is in Quadrant I, it is a very favorable situation where the company has excellent opportunities and strength. The strategy should be applied under these conditions is to support an aggressive growth policy. Keywords: marketing strategy, 7P marketing mix, SWOT
