- The research aims to measure the performance of Fawwaz Global Islamic School based Balanced Scorecard. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive design. The research was conducted by measuring the performance level of Fawwaz Global Islamic School against 4 performance perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard, namely: Financial perspectives, Customer perspectives, Growth and learning perspectives, perspectives Internal business processes. Primary data of questionnaires is used to measure customer perspective criteria and learning and growth perspectives, while measuring the performance of financial perspectives using secondary data. Respondents in this study are parents/guardians of students and teachers/employees of Fawwaz Global Islamic School. The final research shows that the Fawwaz Global Islamic School performance as a whole is in good category. The performance of a financial perspective is a good performance that qualifies economically, efficiently, and effectively. Performance of customer perspective earns value with good category. The performance of internal business process perspectives demonstrates good performance. Performance growth and learning show good performance. From the results of this research is expected Fawwaz Global Islamic School (1) Improve performance in the perspective of good category to be very good, (2) improve the school services, (3) Teachers and employees can increase their competence.
