- This study aims to develop an interpretation about misbehavior in these organizations. This research was conducted in telecommunications providers related with its supplier and distributor. Data were collected by interviewing 6 managers from all three companies. Data were analyzed with data reduction, data display, and data verification and processed using Weft QDA application. This research findings consisted of 3 themes are: (1) manipulating inventory, (2) doing work improperly, and (3) damaging valuable tools. An important contribution of this results is misbehavior in organizations turns out to be a unique factor need more attention by managers.
