- This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and good corporate governance on profit growth in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sample of research selected using a purposive sampling method were 264 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The data used is secondary data. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 21 program. The results of the study indicate that profitability and leverage variables influence earnings growth while company size, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, audit committee and institutional ownership have no effect on profit growth.
