Wahidin Sudiro Husodo kota Mojokerto) Hujatul Islam Burhanudin Faisal *Inayatur Rosyidah**Ucik Indrawati*** s ABSTRAK Pendahuluan : Keadaan pasien pasca pembedahan adalah distensi usus dan disertai diare pasca pembedahan, Mengakibatkan pasien menunggu lama untuk dapat makan dan minum untuk melepaskan dahaga dan lapar setelah operasi. Tujuan penelitian : Menganalisa pengaruh pemberian lavage peritoneum hangat terhadap pemulihan fungsi gastrointestinal pada pasien post Operasi dengan Sub Aracnoid Blok Anasthesia. Desain penelitian : adalah Pra-Post test design, Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pasien post operasi dengan anastesi SAB di recovery room Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo kota Mojokerto sejumlah 50 responden, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik consecutive sampling, Variabel independen yaitu pemberian lavage peritoneum hangat sedangkan variabel dependen pemulihan fungsi gastrointestinal. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi menggunakan stetoscope. Data di olah dengan SPSS 20 menggunakan uji statistik “Wilcoxon” dengan nilai kemaknaan ρ < 0,05. Hasil penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa setelah diberikan lavage peritonium hangat post operasi dengan SAB Anasthesia yaitu sejumlah 39 responden (78%) normal dan 11 responden (22%) abnormal. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai ρ = 0,000 diperoleh ρ < α atau 0,000 < 0.05 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan : kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh lavage peritonium hangat terhadap pemulihan sistem gastrointestinal pada pasien post operasi dengan Sub Aracnoid Blok Anasthesia. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo General Hospital, Mojokerto) ABSTRACT Pleminary : The condition of post-surgical patients is bowel distension and accompanied by post-surgical diarrhea, Resulting in patients waiting long to be able to eat and drink to release thirst and hunger after surgery. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of warm peritoneum lavageto ward gastrointestinal system recovery to the post operation patient with sub arachnoid block anesthesia. Research Design : The research design used was Pre-Post test design. In this study population was all patients postoperatively with anesthesia SAB in Recovery Room at dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo General Hospital, Mojokerto city is 50 respondents. The sampling technique using consecutive sampling. Independent variables that is given a warm peritoneum lavage while dependent variable recovery of gastrointestinal function. Data collection techniques with observation sheets use a stetoscope kit. Data is processed by SPSS 20 using the statistical test "Wilcoxon" with a significance value ρ <0,05. Results : The results showed that after being given warm peritoneum lavage after surgery with anesthesia SAB were 39 respondent (78%) normal and 11 respondents (22%) were abnormal. The results of the statistical test of wilcoxon showed p = 0,000 so that H1 accepted. Statistical test results obtained the value of ρ = 0,000 obtained ρ <α or 0,000 <0.05 so that hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion : of this study is there is an effect of warm peritoneum lavage on the recovery of the gastrointestinal system in post operation patients with sub aracnoid block anasthesia in Recovery Room at dr.
