Gastritis is an inflammatory process in the mucosal lining and gastric mucosa. Histopathology can be proven by the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the area (Syam, 2014). The purpose of this case study is to be able to identify the description of nursing care in Mrs. J's client with Digestive System Disorders (Gastritis) in Fulfilling Nutritional Needs in the Rose Room of BLUD Benyamin Guluh Hospital in Kolaka Regency. To conduct nursing care, a literature review and case review are conducted. Based on the case study conducted on Mrs. J through the application of the nursing process the main priority of nursing diagnosis in this case is the imbalance of nutrients less than the body's needs. After nursing action for 3 days from the diagnosis, the diagnosis cannot be resolved
