- This research studies the relationship of Professionalism, Competence, with Profession Loyalty after being controlled by Career Development This research was conducted at loyalty of the lecturs FKIP at UKI in East Jakarta with the sample number quotas. The research concludes that there are a significant correlation between; 1). Profesionalism with loyalty of lecturs profession. 2). Competence with loyalty of lecturs profession. Moreover, there is a significant correlation between profesionalism, competence with loyalty of lecturs profession after controlled variable career development.
