- The objective of this research is having post-audit design, construction, maintenance and repairing system in high rise buildings. The method of research is inspection of construction components floor to floor (interior and exterior) and investigation of components repair. Afterwards, we analyze the reability of the building and conduct statistic analysis. The research showed degradation happened in construction components of each building. The largest degradation occured in component construction of building roof, door and window, and floor surface. Statistic analysis showed the environmental factor influenced the degradation of construction components. In addition, the research showed that the reliable value of Tower 1 is 78.40 percent (maintenance category: precisely); Tower 2 is 81.50 percent (maintenance category: good); and Podium is 87.24 percent (maintenance category: good).
