- Before construction project will be implemented, It necessary to be drafted a project planning, which contains various aspects pertaining to the project, such as: project controlling and schedulling, construction method, safety plan and so on. On controlling the project contained details of the composition of employment (Work Breakdown Structure), which spells out in detail the work to be carried out. Generally the works, divided into four major groups, namely: the work of foundation, the work of the structure, the work of architecture and the work of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing). Each job is still divided over the sub -sub more detailed works. The work of architecture, divided into: The work of wall, the work of doors and windows, the work of flooring, the work of plafond, the work of sanitary and the other works. Because it is in phase of implementation then these jobs are more technical in nature with reference to the construction drawings. An understanding of the division of these jobs should also be understood by the architects as the designer so that in practice a good synergy occurring between planners and implementers in the construction project.
