  • Infant nutritional status is determined by the intake of food/drink given to babies, including breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding is required for newborns up to 6 months, but the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Jakarta East amounting to only 67.1%. This study aims to determine exclusive breastfeeding and non exclusive breastfeeding on the nutritional status of infants aged 0-12 months in Posyandu Dahlia, RW 07, Kelurahan Rawa Bunga with cross-sectional approach. Samples were 42 people, using questionnaires, and anthropometric measurements. Statistical calculations are performed with univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Overview of the nutritional status of infants is good, with an index of BB/U (95.2%), the index PB/U (73.8%) and the index of BB/PB (78.6%). In the study there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and non exclusive breastfeeding against BB / U (p = 0.044) and BB / PB (p = 0.017) for all respondents.
