- Azzahra mother and child hospital is a located on jalan brigadir general hasan kasim number 1-2 kelurahan, bukit sangkal kalidoni subdistrict, palembang city, south sumatra province. the hospital which consicts of 3 floors is a public facility that has a clean water tank to meet the need of clean water offor all user of the hosp[ital. in this study the authours analyzed the availability of water in the water tank was concidered insufficent and was quite influence and was water for facilities. the results of the analysis of clean water needs can be concluded that the total clean water needed by RSIA Azzahra is 71,550 liters/day, while the capacity of all water tanks in the RSIA Azzahra (6 units) can accomodate 8,580 liters/daysof the water. so it can be concluded that there is a storage of water at 62,970 liters/days. so RSIA Azzahra can only cover 10.3% of its clean water needs, where the hospital still needs 89.7% more to meet its clean water needs. keyword: water tank, RSIA Azzahra
