  • This study aims: (1) To analyze the influence, responsibilities and responsibilities with employees of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang. (2) To analyze the performance, competence of students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang, (3) To analyze the performance, compensation of students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang, (4) To analyze the performance, work motivation of students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang. The study design population was 104 employees. The design used is to use qualitative data which is then quantified. Variables which are Competence, Compensation, Work Motivation and Employee Performance (of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang. Analysis tools that are multiple regression. Based on the results of the study that: (1) competence, compensation, and work motivation together have a significant effect on the employee performance of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang. (2) Competence and compensation partially there is no significant effect on the performance of students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang. (3) Partial compensation is not significant to the performance of employees of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang. (4) Work motivation significantly towards the employee performance of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada Palembang.
