Not all Makarti Jaya communities use clean water from PDAM Tirta Betuah and not all communities have water sources that meet health requirements. Along with the increase in population in Makarti Jaya, water needs are also increasing, this means increasing the number of people who need clean water for their daily needs. Besides that, it is difficult to imagine without water, the creation of a clean and healthy environment. This type of research is a descriptive study to determine the clean water needs of the branch service area of the Makarti Jaya PDAM and review the availability of Makarti Jaya IPA. In collecting data, the data needed in this study include population data, public facilities data, data on customer connections, data on clean water needs, and water discharge data for PDAM Makarti Jaya. In this study carried out through observation, interviews, and linear regression analysis. In this final project, it is predicted that clean water needs for the service area of PDAM Makarti Jaya in 2027 and analyze the availability of clean water from PDAM Makarti Jaya until 2027 by using data references from PDAM Makarti Jaya, while in calculations using linear regression. The results of the study with the water balance show that the water demand in the Makarti Jaya PDAM area for the year 2027 is 1.95 lt / sec and the water availability is 1.99 lt / sec. With a surplus of 0.04 lt / sec and also a house connection of 2,216 SR and 443 HR thus it can be concluded that the water supply of Makarti Jaya PDAM for the year 2027 meets the needs of home connection services (SR) and public hydrants (HU).
