- Rintisan Sekolah Berstandard Internasional (RSBI) merupakan standar pendidikan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendidikan guna menghasilkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bermutu, tetapi kurikulum internasional yang akan diadopsi itu memiliki standar yang harus dipenuhi oleh sekolah. Misalnya, kurikulum internasional itu sudah mengarah ke basis teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu pihak sekolah RSBI perlu menyiapkan fasilitas sistem pembelajaran M-Learning sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. M-learning atau Mobile learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pada konsep pembelajaran tersebut mobile learning, materi belajar yang dapat diakses setiap saat dan visualisasi materi yang menarik untuk meningkatkan belajar siswa. M-learning ini menunjang belajar mengajar secara online, memperlancar komunikasi, serta memberikan kemudahan dalam penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem pembelajaran interaktif adalah drill and practice, tutorial, simulasi dan problem-solving. Sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan standar teknologi, Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA), yaitu sebuah standar internasional untuk penunjang sistem pembelajaran yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi. Aplikasi ini menggunakan layer 3 yang mendeskripsikan komponen dasar arsitektur pada LTSA. Standar ini dikeluarkan oleh Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Hasil penerapan sistem M-Learning ini di sekolah RSBI, proses turorial berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, terjadi peningkatan frekuensi self drill and practice oleh siswa, evaluasi mata pelajaran melalui simulasi dan solving problem dapat berjalan lebih fleksibel tanpa harus offline di kelas dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Kata Kunci: M-Learning, Learning Technology System Architecture(LTSA), RSBI Abstract Pioneering of International Standard School (RSBI) is a standard of education that is expected to improve the quality of education to produce qualified human resources, but that it will adopt an international curriculum standards that have to be met by the school. For example, the International curriculum is already leading to information technology base. Therefore, the school needs to prepare the facility RSBI M-Learning learning system in an effort to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools. M-learning or mobile learning is a learning model that uses information and communication technology, the concept of learning is mobile learning, learning materials can be accessed at any time and visualization of interesting material to enhance student learning. M-learning support teaching and learning online, facilitate communication, and provide ease of dissemination of knowledge for the community luas. Metode used in the development of a learning system interaktif is drill and practice, tutorials, simulations and problem-solving. The system uses a standard approach to technology, Learning Technology Systems Architecture (LTSA), which is an international standard for supporting learning system supported by information technology. This application uses a 3 layer architecture describes the basic components of the LTSA, the standards issued by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The results of the application of the M-Learning in schools RSBI, tutorial processes are operating effectively and efficiently, an increase in the frequency of self drill and practice by students, evaluation of subjects through simulations and problem solving can be more flexible without having to run offline in the classroom at the same time.
