- Every infrastructure requires thorough maintenance in order to keep its functions. However due to the government financial shortage, maintaining those infrastructures becomes a very difficult task because it cannot be maximumly done especially urban drainage systems It causes urban drainage service level to decline rapidly and makes huge amount of puddles in rainy days. One of many available solutions is to improve service level in limited fund by creating a tool to determine which drainage needs to be repaired or rehabilitated so that drainage handling become effective and efficient (Andayani, Yuwono, Soekrasno, 2011).
