- One of The important water resources infrastructures in Indonesia is a resevoir to catch water in rainy season. Some arguments always discussed before build a dam including the bidget of construction. Valuation method han the potential opportunity to support decision maker to decide the building plan to get the people welfare. Even the valuation methode has been developed for many years to determine the non-market value in water resources, but still not widely usage in Indonesia.
