Deddy Kusbianto Purwoko Aji, M.Kom., (II) Yan Watequlis Syaifudin ST.,MMT.Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) adalah aplikasi yang menyampaikan informasi kepada siswa, guru, dan karyawan. Di SMA Negeri 4 Malang sudah memiliki website, namun terdapat beberapa kelemahan pada website tersebut, yaitu hanya terdapat profil sekolah saja. Menu SIAKAD masih belum terdapat pada website. Di samping itu, siswa tidak dapat melihat nilai secara langsung, guru juga masih menggunakan aplikasi yang hanya berbasis desktop, dan untuk absensi juga menggunakan PAS (Paket Aplikasi Sekolah) yang juga berbasis desktop. Dalam aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut masih belum terdapat fasilitas search. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi “Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik SMA Negeri 4 Malang Berbasis Web”, dimana user yang terdiri dari admin, wali kelas, guru, siswa, operator absensi, operator keuangan, dan operator pelanggaran dapat mengolah data mereka sesuai dengan hak akses dalam satu aplikasi saja dengan fitur yang berbeda-beda. Yang menarik dari aplikasi ini yaitu, sistem kurikulum sudah menggunakan kurikulum 2013 di mana tiap-tiap mata pelajaran memiliki SKS (Sistem Kredit Semester). Siswa SMA Negeri 4 Malang dapat memilih sendiri mata pelajaran yang akan diambil. Siswa juga dapat melakukan proses KRS pada aplikasi tersebut secara online. Aplikasi ini dirancang dan diimplementasikan menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan JQuery. Aplikasi ini juga telah diuji coba pada beberapa komputer yang telah terhubung dengan internet. Hasilnya, setiap user dapat mengolah data mereka masing-masing sesuai dengan hak aksesnya dan fitur sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: SIAKAD, SMA Negeri 4 Malang, Web. ABSTRACTWidhayani, Rr. SMA Negeri 4 Malang had already had a website, but there were some weaknesses in the website. It only had a company profile. There was not SIAKAD link. In addition, students could not see their grades directly because the teacher was still using a desktop-based application. Moreover, for attendance, PAS (School Application Package) was also desktop based and there was no search feature. Therefore, the application of "Development of Academic Information Systems SMAN 4 Malang Based Web" was built consisting of the admin user, academic advisor, teacher, student, attendance operators, financial operators, and discipline operators who can process their data in accordance with the access rights in one only application with different features. What made this application interesting was that it was in accordance with the Curriculum System of 2013 in which each lesson has a SKS (Credit Semester System). The students of SMA Negeri 4 Malang could choose their own lesson to be taken. Students could also make the process of KRS on the application via online. This application was designed and implemented using the technologies PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery. This application had also been tried on several computers connected to the internet.
