PENGARUH DANA ALOKASI UMUM, DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS, DAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL (STUDI PADA PEMKAB DAN PEMKOT SUMATERA UTARA)

- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari sumber-sumber pendapatan Pemkab dan Pemkot terhadap belanja modal. Penelitian ini mengarah pada kebijakan pengelolaan anggaran pada Pemkab dan Pemkot Sumatera Utara. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja modal. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari varibel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, dimensi dari variabel dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dan pendapaan asli daerah berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan nilai yang signifikan dari variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja modal (studi pada Pemkab dan Pemkot Sumatera utara) Kata Kunci : DAU, DAK, PAD, belanja modal ABSTRACT This study aims to look at the impact of income sources and the city government to a local government capital expenditures. This research led to the policy of budget management in local government and the municipal government of North Sumatra. The object of this study is the general allocation fund, a special allocation of funds, and the local revenue to capital expenditures. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the aim to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that partial, variable dimensions of general allocation funds, a special allocation of funds, and local revenue on capital spending. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) showed significant values of the independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study stated that there is positive and significant correlation between the variables general allocation fund, a special allocation of funds, the local revenue to capital expenditures (studies on northern Sumatra regency and municipal government) Keywords: DAU, DAK, PAD, capital expenditures
